Allied Universal is hiring an Armed Security Officer – Driving Patrol to protect client sites through proactive vehicle patrols and vigilant observation. In this field-based role, you will conduct scheduled and random patrols, deter theft and vandalism, respond to alarms and incidents, and enforce site policies with professionalism. You’ll complete accurate reports, communicate via radio, and interact with clients and the public while representing Allied Universal’s standards of safety, integrity, and customer service. Ongoing training, clear procedures, and defined career paths support your growth into advanced and leadership roles. Conduct scheduled and random vehicle patrols of client properties to deter crime and safety hazards Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and calls for service, assessing and securing the scene Enforce site rules, access control, and safety procedures in alignment with client requirements Maintain professional, armed presence while following all firearms safety and use-of-force policies Observe, detect, and report suspicious activities, hazards, and maintenance issues Prepare clear, timely incident and daily activity reports using company formats and systems Communicate effectively via radio, phone, and in person with supervisors, clients, and public Collaborate with onsite teams and law enforcement when required during emergencies Follow post orders, patrol routes, and standard operating procedures consistently Participate in required training, drills, and re-certifications to maintain qualifications Patrol driving and route monitoring Firearms handling and safety Incident reporting and documentation Access control procedures Emergency response and de-escalation Radio and surveillance systems use Customer service in security settings Observation and situational awareness Report writing and documentation software Knowledge of security and safety protocols Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k State armed security guard license Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Firearms qualification and ongoing re-certification CPR/First Aid/AED certification preferred Defensive driving training preferred Background check and drug screening clearance5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
