Provide security at a plasma center by conducting armed patrols, monitoring access points, verifying authorized entry, responding to incidents and emergencies, and assisting patients, donors, visitors, and staff. Follow site policies, emergency procedures, and applicable laws while maintaining assigned equipment. Provide customer service to patients, donors, visitors, and staff while following security procedures and site policies. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter. Respond professionally to incidents, disturbances, medical emergencies, and critical situations. Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and report unusual conditions or policy violations. Maintain and carry assigned equipment in accordance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable laws.
