Lead Electrolux North America’s end-to-end product quality strategy across design, suppliers, manufacturing, service and field performance. Build preventive and predictive quality systems, reduce warranty and recall costs, strengthen product reliability and safety, and develop a culture of continuous improvement. This hybrid role is based at the Charlotte, NC headquarters. Set North America quality strategy, targets, governance, organization and investment priorities. Integrate design, supplier, manufacturing, product-line, field and service quality into one system. Embed risk prevention in product design, supplier selection, validation and production readiness. Establish supplier and manufacturing controls, inspections, process capability, traceability and recovery plans. Use quality, service, returns and warranty data to predict risks and guide early interventions. Govern incidents, recalls and corrective actions, applying field learning to prevent repeat issues.
