Director - Kyriba Service Offering Leader Business Transformation

As Kyriba Service Offering Director, you will lead the build-out of our Kyriba practice, setting strategy, guiding implementations, and growing a dedicated team. You work with Embark leaders to define where to invest and how to differentiate as a Kyriba partner. You will oversee deployments and optimizations across cash management, liquidity, and financial risk, architect scalable Kyriba environments, and develop tools and playbooks for rapid scale. You'll represent Embark at Kyriba events and cultivate senior finance executive relationships to generate engagements. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on treasury expertise to shape a high-growth practice.

• Set the strategy and investment plan for the Kyriba practice and identify target industries
• Lead Kyriba implementations and optimizations across cash management, liquidity, and risk
• Architect Kyriba environments, including integrations with ERPs, GLs, and banking networks for scalability
• Build tools, training, and playbooks to enable a growing Kyriba team
• Represent Embark at Kyriba events and industry forums to strengthen the partnership
• Develop and deepen relationships with CFOs and finance leaders to convert discussions into engagements
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a bench of Kyriba consultants capable of independent delivery
• Collaborate with business development on proposals, RFPs, and scoping for Kyriba engagements

• Deep hands-on Kyriba experience across cash, liquidity, risk, and connectivity to ERPs/GLs/banking networks
• Track record of building a practice or service line from the ground up
• Strong treasury and liquidity knowledge (cash forecasting, FX risk, payments) and ability to discuss both operations and architecture
