Business Intelligence Analyst Senior - Member Value

In this role, you will drive analytics to inform strategy, performance, and evolution of AI-enabled member interactions within the Member Value organization. You translate complex data into actionable business recommendations, identify opportunities to improve member experience, and influence priorities across the enterprise. You'll partner with business and IT teams to accelerate innovation while delivering measurable member impact and value to USAA.

• Gather complex business requirements with customers to define problems and data needs
• Lead development and implementation of BI solutions including data visualization, transformation, or collection
• Collaborate with IT execution teams on analytic infrastructures and data governance
• Apply data visualization best practices and select appropriate tools to reveal trends
• Prototype user-friendly visualizations to maximize impact and usability
• Act as a trusted BI advisor to stakeholders to drive business value
• Provide system thinking to influence data and application architecture decisions
• Possibly serve as Agile champion and provide team guidance on BI tools and processes
• Engage in industry groups to share best practices and stay updated
• Ensure risks are identified, measured, and managed per policies and compliance

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field or relevant education/experience totaling 6 years
• 6 years of data & analytics experience, or 4 years plus up to 2 years in related business experience
• Proven ability to develop BI deliverables using platforms like Tableau, Business Objects, Snowflake, Hadoop, Netezza, NoSQL, or ANSI SQL
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior management
• Ability to embed storytelling into BI solutions and present complex technical details concisely
• Demonstrated experience building partnerships across levels of an organization
• Proactive, self-directed with ability to advance priorities in fast-paced settings
• Industry experience in P&C, Banking, Finance, or Marketing (or equivalent)
