Family Medicine w/ OB Roanoke Rapids, North CarolinaPosition Overview
  • Seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician
  • Must have completed a Family Medicine Obstetrics Fellowship - REQUIRED
  • Join a new Women's Care practice in Roanoke Rapids, NC
  • Provide full-spectrum women's health, including OB, prenatal/perinatal care, and family planning
  • Experienced physicians preferred, but new grads will be considered
Required CredentialsBoard Status
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine - REQUIRED
Training
  • FM-OB Fellowship - REQUIRED
Clinical Details
  • Setting: Inpatient + outpatient
  • Call: Shared call rotation
  • Hospital Deliveries: 450 per year
  • Team Structure:
    • 28 OB/GYN + FM-OB generalists
    • 8 subspecialists
    • 27 APPs
    • Strong collaboration with Certified Nurse Midwives (candidate expected to work closely with CNMs)
  • Health System:
    • Part of a growing 9-hospital, physician-led system
    • Privileges at local hospital
    • Connectivity to major Women's Services programs at Medical Center & Children's Hospital in Greenville, NC
