• 1 physician
• 1 advanced practice provider (APP)

Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
• Deliver compassionate, inclusive, and patient-centered care
• Work in a team-based model with APPs, pharmacists, RNs, and other clinical staff
• Support ongoing quality improvement and access initiatives
• Contribute to the growth and development of the practice

Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited school of medicine
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
• Current MD or DO license (or eligibility) in North Carolina
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
• Current DEA license
