As an Intermediary Program Manager, you will oversee and drive multiple cybersecurity AI projects, collaborating across technical and business teams to ensure seamless delivery. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence cutting-edge initiatives such as AI Firewall, API Security, and Enterprise AI tools, making a tangible impact in a dynamic environment. Required Skills 5 years of Program/Project Management experience Strong Scrum and Agile delivery background Advanced JIRA experience and reporting expertise Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to manage complex initiatives with cross-functional dependencies Nice-to-Have Skills SAFe experience/certification Cybersecurity, AI, or enterprise technology program experience Supporting Scrum teams (preferably within SAFe frameworks) Knowledge of security initiatives such as Red Teaming and AI Firewall Experience in portfolio management across multiple teams and projects Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; advanced degrees preferred 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, AI, or enterprise technology programs Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-team projects with dependencies Other Requirements Hybrid work environment (3 days on-site per week) Ability to support or backfill multiple teams as needed Experience supporting strategic initiatives or special projects as assigned Security clearance is not explicitly required, but background checks may be involved This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, detail-oriented Program Manager seeking to make a difference in an innovative tech landscape.
