Job DescriptionSeeking a Title Searcher to work in a major Triad law firm' s Commercial Real Estate practice group. Client is willing to train the right person, so experience in Commercial Real Estate title search is desirable but not required. Friendly & relaxed work atmosphere, paid benefits.

Primary Requirements & Job Duties:
- Some experience in Commercial Real Estate is desirable.
- Role is devoted entirely to conducting complex title searches and chains of title for real property, reviewing plats, tax maps, easements, liens, etc.
- Experience with navigating and using county GIS websites is desirable.
- Some commercial properties can be very large and made up of many individual plots, with ownership, in some cases, going back 100+ years, so this role requires someone who is highly meticulous, very detail-oriented, and self-motivated, without the need for continuous supervision.
