Automotive Dismantler / Mechanic

What you'll do on a daily basis:

Drain and evacuate all fluids from the vehicles

Follow directions on the dismantle report to ensure property part handling

Tag any part being removed from the vehicle and place it in designated area

Break down wheels and tires daily and place them in designated area

Clean dismantle bay daily including cleaning the floor, placing scrap in correct containers, placing tools in correct tool boxes. Keep work area free of clutter and spills

Obtain and maintain all necessary tools

Keep accurate time and attendance records

Other duties as assigned

What you will need to succeed:

Minimum 2 years' experience as a technician or mechanic

Automotive Knowledge is preferred

Own the required tools to perform the job

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to problem solve

Excellent communication skills

What you will need for pre-employment:

Must be able to pass a physical and drug screen

Have a satisfactory background screening
