The Learning Experience Corp is seeking a Preschool Center Director to lead daily operations of our early education center. You will oversee curriculum implementation, staff hiring, training, and scheduling, while ensuring licensing compliance, safety, and high-quality care for children six weeks to six years. The Director builds strong relationships with families, manages enrollment and budgets, and drives center growth. You will champion a nurturing, inclusive culture focused on cognitive, social, and emotional development, and support continuous improvement through coaching, data-driven decisions, and collaboration with the corporate team. Oversee daily preschool center operations to ensure a safe, nurturing environment. Lead, coach, schedule, and evaluate teaching and support staff. Implement and support proprietary early childhood curriculum and learning standards. Ensure full compliance with state licensing, health, and safety regulations. Manage center budget, billing, and financial performance to meet enrollment and revenue goals. Drive enrollment growth through tours, family engagement, and local community outreach. Build strong partnerships with families through communication, conferences, and events. Monitor classroom quality and child outcomes, using data to drive continuous improvement. Coordinate staff training, professional development, and performance improvement plans. Collaborate with corporate support teams to implement company initiatives and best practices.
