Family Practice Opportunity - Columbus, NebraskaJob highlights • Privately owned by physician owners. • Full-time position. • Physicians work four days a week. • On call 1:4. with nurse triage line fielding all calls first. • Physicians see 20-25 patients per day. Your role As a valued member of our team, you will: • Provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages. • Build and maintain long-term patient relationships. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives. • Actively participate in accountable care organizations and value-based contracts. • Participate in the on-call/weekend rotation schedule as needed. • Be flexible to work between different sites Qualifications • Board-certified or board-eligible in family medicine. • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Nebraska. • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.
