Employer is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team at our 100% associate-owned company in Hanover, New Hampshire. Your extreme attention to detail, as well as expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting pricing, planning, and control, will be imperative in consistently delivering to expectations. If you have global manufacturing experience in a B2B environment that is a plus! 

Some of the impact you will have as a Senior Financial Analyst at Employer: 

You will facilitate vital elements of the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles, and contribute to the preparation of presentations for short and long-term decision making. 

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will use your communication and teamwork skills, to regularly collaborate as a financial professional with our functional teams. You will partner to assess needs and proactively leverage your subject matter expertise to identify and share short and long-term opportunities for improved financial performance and strategic decision making.

This position is located onsite at our Corporate Headquarters in Hanover, NH. Relocation assistance is available. 

Qualifications: 

  • Demonstrated aptitude for advanced financial modeling and analysis including annual budget, rolling forecast, capital budgeting, long-term strategic planning, resource allocation processes and company valuations. 
  • High critical thinking, with demonstrated ability to synthesize and analyze large amounts of data, develop insights and recommendations and transform them into easily understood and compelling presentations 
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field (MBA preferred) 
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) 
  • Prior experience with business systems (ERP and Business Intelligence experience; with Oracle, Essbase, and Hyperion a plus) 
  • Excellent financial acumen and highly proficient in accounting/financial principles – able to understand complex financial concepts 
  • Self-guided, motivated, a collaborative team player, and adaptable to different situations and personalities
