Senior HR Business Partner

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will align HR strategy with business goals across ANZ. You will partner with leaders in Marketing, R&D and NZ Sales to shape people solutions and drive performance. You'll collaborate with COE and Rewards to manage talent processes and budgets, while leading employee relations and change initiatives. You will mentor a Senior HR Advisor and contribute to an enhanced employee experience. This role offers impact across cross-functional teams in a global FMCG context.

• Partner with leaders in Marketing, R&D and NZ Sales across Australia and New Zealand to design people solutions
• Build and maintain influential relationships with leaders to enable co-creation of HR initiatives
• Collaborate with COE teams to support talent reviews, merit reviews and performance reviews
• Work with Rewards to manage department-level people budgets
• Lead Employee Relations activities including grievances, performance improvements, and change management
• Drive initiatives to enhance the employee experience and oversee the growth of the Senior HR Advisor

• 5+ years in a similar HRBP/HR partner role
• Experience in FMCG and global companies
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand
