Jobot is seeking a Staff Attorney to provide hands-on legal support to our fast-growing, tech-enabled recruiting and staffing business. In this role, you will research and interpret laws affecting professional services, draft and negotiate client and vendor contracts, and advise internal teams on risk, compliance, and policy. You’ll collaborate closely with operations, sales, and leadership in a transparent, high-performance culture, using modern legal and AI-driven tools. Conduct legal research and draft contracts, policies, and memoranda to support Jobot’s recruiting and staffing operations. Review, negotiate, and revise client and vendor agreements to balance business objectives with legal risk. Assist with compliance on employment, data privacy, and commercial regulations affecting a national recruiting business. Support internal stakeholders with clear, practical legal guidance on day-to-day questions and new initiatives. Help manage outside counsel, litigation matters, and dispute resolution as needed. Maintain organized matter files and leverage legal technology tools to drive efficiency and accuracy.
