Title: Content Specialist – Medical Information Content Strategy & Innovation
Duration: 10 months Contract
Location: Titusville, NJ 08560 Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Position Summary
The Specialist – Contractor will be responsible for the execution of differentiated content strategies for innovative content for global and omni-channel consumption and other operational processes/tasks within the team. This role collaborates with internal partners to fulfill innovative content needs and supports the development of innovative, digital content for various customer types. The ideal candidate combines technical skills, scientific background, creative skills, and strong stakeholder engagement to ensure high-quality content delivery.

Qualifications
Education
• Degree in Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred
• Scientific background is highly preferred
Experience
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, medical information support, or innovative content creation
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare environments preferred
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customer support staff
Technical Skills
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign); comfortable creating scientific infographics and interactive content
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); comfortable building and interpreting reports
• Comfort with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

Working Conditions
• Office-based / hybrid work model (3 days in office)
• Availability for ad-hoc support during launches and hypercare periods, which may require flexible hours
• Frequent collaboration via Microsoft Teams and participation in cross-functional meetings
