Our client, a well-regarded regional defense litigation firm is seeking a Team Lead to join their Cherry Hill, NJ team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of general liability or insurance defense related experience as well as experience leading/training other attorneys.
This position is hybrid remote, 2 days remote, 3 days in office per week. This is a partnership track position.
Candidates should be admitted to practice in NJ.
Competitive base salary 150k to 165k+, bonus and benefits.
