The Senior Administrative and Business Operations Coordinator provides administrative support and operational coordination across key business functions. This role is responsible for coordinating meetings and follow-up activities, maintaining critical business documentation, tracking projects and action items, and helping ensure the timely execution of business priorities.

The position serves as a central coordination resource to improve visibility, accountability, and efficiency across the organization while supporting collaboration across multiple locations and teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to business leaders and key business functions

  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel itineraries, and expense reporting

  • Capture meeting notes, track action items, and follow up on commitments and deadlines

  • Maintain project trackers and provide visibility into priorities, timelines, and progress

  • Organize and manage critical business documents, contracts, and approvals

  • Support cross-functional initiatives through coordination, communication, and status tracking

  • Monitor compliance-related requirements, certifications, and renewal schedules

  • Maintain organized systems and processes that improve efficiency and information accessibility

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in administrative support, business operations or project coordination

  • Experience supporting multiple leaders and managing competing priorities

  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills

  • Ability to coordinate across teams and build effective working relationships

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Experience with AI productivity tools is a plus

  • Ability and willingness to travel to company locations as needed, including some overnight travel

Compensation

Base Salary: $80,000 - $90.000

Compensation will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
