Position Summary
We are seeking a high-performing early-career professional to join the CEO Office as an Business Operations Associate for a one-year experience. This role is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to enterprise-level strategy development and execution while working closely with senior leaders across the organization.
The Business Operations Associate will support the CEO Office while also contributing to priority initiatives across the broader Enterprise Strategy organization, including Corporate Strategy, Portfolio Analytics, Governance, and related functions. The role offers hands-on experience supporting high-impact strategic initiatives, executive decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Support the CEO Office on strategic priorities, special projects, and day-to-day coordination of high-impact initiatives.
Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitive positioning, and business performance to inform enterprise strategy.
Contribute to the development of executive-ready materials, including presentations, briefing documents, and strategic summaries.
Partner with teams across Enterprise Strategy (e.g., Corporate Strategy, Portfolio Analytics, Governance, and Strategic Partnerships) to support key initiatives and deliverables.
Assist in preparing materials for senior leadership forums (e.g., LT meetings, governance reviews, strategy sessions).
Track and synthesize key insights, risks, and opportunities to support leadership decision-making.
Coordinate across cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs, ensure alignment, and support execution of strategic initiatives.
Support enterprise-wide initiatives and events, including preparation, documentation, and follow-up on key action items.
Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, Life Sciences, or related field).
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize information and present findings clearly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Demonstrated interest in business strategy, corporate governance, and executive leadership.

The starting hourly compensation for this assignment is within the range of $23.00 to $42.00/hr. Please note that the final individual compensation and any applicable benefits will be determined by your employer of record (and not BMS). Factors influencing this decision may include the characteristics of the assignment, such as demonstrated experience, required skill, and the geographic location of the job. Compensation OverviewThe starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
