Client Services Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a client services specialist with 3 or more years of experience for a contract opportunity covering for a MAT Leave with our client retail client. This position is hybrid in Morristown, NJ. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee client goals, expectations, and timelines while communicating updates and strategic changes to internal team members.
• Independently oversee mid- to large-scale integrated marketing and media campaigns, serving as the main point of contact for clients.
• Oversee client budgets and collaborate with Finance and Accounting to track expenses and ensure alignment with deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan, execute, and evaluate successful client programs and activations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fields.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Client-facing experience leading the execution and delivery of high-quality work.
• Proven experience building and maintaining strong client relationships at mid- to senior-levels (experience managing seven-figure accounts is a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, deadlines, accuracy, and quality of work.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in client service/account management

Employment Type: 4 month contract

Compensation: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
