Responsibilities
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for US Market Brands with alliance partners
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to brand and alliance leadership to identify growth opportunities
  • Oversee financial management of commercial alliances and ensure accurate reporting and contractual compliance
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance across full P&L and support decision-making with insights
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Medical Affairs to support brand strategies and initiatives
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with accuracy and timeliness
  • Build and maintain financial models for decision-making and scenario planning
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies, GAAP/IFRS, and internal controls
  • Take on additional finance projects as assigned by leadership
  • Support compliance and continuous improvement in financial processes
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in operational finance
  • Experience with revenue forecasting
  • Understanding of US GAAP and IFRS
  • Strong communication skills with leadership
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Experience with SAP is a plus
  • Alliance partnership experience is a plus
  • CPA/MBA or other graduate degree desired
  • Technology and analytics proficiency for timely forecasts
