Liquidity & Account Solutions- Project Finance Account Bank- Executive Director

As Executive Director, you will lead a global, specialized team delivering account bank solutions for complex project finance, infrastructure, energy, and structured transactions. You will drive growth, engage strategically with clients, and partner across Product, Sales, Legal, Risk and Operations to advance the Project Finance Account Bank franchise in the Americas. You will own the strategic direction, oversee risk-led deal execution, and push innovation to enhance our product offering. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role with a clear hook in expanding wallet share and shaping transactions at scale.

• Lead and develop a high-performing Project Finance Account Bank team with a client-focused culture
• Own strategic direction, growth, and commercialization of the business across the Americas
• Serve as senior escalation point and trusted advisor for clients, sponsors, lenders, and internal stakeholders on complex transactions
• Collaborate with Sales, Banking, Product, Legal, Risk, and Operations to drive growth and strategic initiatives
• Support new business origination through client meetings, pitches, and relationship management
• Oversee review and negotiation of account bank, depositary, escrow, and related documentation
• Ensure onboarding and implementation of complex transaction structures with best-in-class client experience
• Drive product innovation based on market insights and client feedback
• Champion risk management, regulatory compliance, and control execution across the portfolio
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and expand wallet share with Treasury Services and Luxidity & Account Solutions capabilities
• Act as SME and thought leader for Project Finance, Infrastructure, and Energy sectors

• 10+ years of experience in project finance, infrastructure finance, account bank, corporate trust, escrow, agency, or related financial services
• Significant leadership experience in a complex, matrixed organization
• Experience reviewing and negotiating project finance documents and understanding cash flow mechanics
• Proven ability to originate business and manage senior client relationships
• Strong commercial acumen with revenue growth and franchise development experience
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results across multiple products and partners
• Strong risk, control, compliance, and regulatory awareness
• Proven judgment and independent decision-making in complex environments
