Finance Manager, Enabling Functions

In this role you will partner with enabling function leaders to monitor, analyze, and report financial performance. You will drive plans, forecasts, and operating results with a focus on cost and investment drivers, using dashboards to illuminate insights for senior leadership. You will support close processes, AOP submissions, and scenario analyses to inform decision-making. The position offers a chance to shape FP&A processes, implement technology-enabled improvements, and act as a trusted finance partner across cross functional teams. This is a high-impact role at the HQ Corporate Finance team with visibility to senior management and strategic initiatives.

• Monitor and report performance across enabling functions, identifying issues and opportunities
• Prepare OPEX and capital investment reporting with analysis of business dynamics
• Advance visualization and dashboards for value-added analytics
• Support close processes by analyzing P&L lines and preparing materials for leadership reviews
• Assist with forecasting and Annual Operating Plan submissions, including template management
• Act as a key business partner to enabling function and leadership teams; deliver executive presentations
• Develop financial models, trends, scenario analyses, and dashboards for strategic insights
• Conduct cost modeling and scenario analyses for new initiatives
• Develop impactful data visualization content to convey financial and operational stories
• Ensure compliance and strong controls across enabling functions; drive process improvements and technology implementations
• Foster transformation initiatives and finance process enhancements

• 5-7 years in corporate FP&A with strong business partnering
• Experience in FP&A, modeling and forecasting tools
• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or economics
• MBA or CPA is a plus
