Finance Manager, Enabling Functions

In this role, you will partner with enabling function leaders to monitor performance, analyze drivers, and deliver insightful financial reporting. You'll own forecasting, AOP submissions, and scenario modeling to support strategic decisions. You'll craft compelling visuals and executive-ready materials to enable cross-functional teams to act on financial insights. You will drive process improvements and finance transformation, elevating controls and data storytelling to influence leadership decisions.

• Monitor and report performance across enabling functions, identifying issues and opportunities
• Prepare Opex and capex reporting with analysis of underlying business drivers
• Enhance dashboards and visualizations for value-add analytics
• Support close processes and prepare materials for senior leadership reviews
• Assist with forecasting and Annual Operating Plan submissions across P&L areas
• Act as a key business partner to enabling function leaders and provide executive insights
• Develop financial models, trends, scenario analyses, and dashboards for strategic initiatives
• Create data visualizations to convey financial and operational stories clearly
• Ensure compliance and strong controls; drive finance process improvements and technology implementations

• 5-7 years in FP&A or a similar corporate finance function with strong business partnering track record
• Experience in FP&A, modeling and forecasting tools required
• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or economics
• MBA or CPA a plus
• Strong Power BI experience; proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
