Regional Finance Director

As Regional Finance Director, you will oversee financial planning and analysis for multiple divisions, partnering with division leadership to drive performance. You'll lead budgeting, forecasting, and key metrics reviews, while supporting operations and land acquisition analyses to improve margins and ROI. You will work with senior leaders to standardize processes and optimize back-office and field-facing finance operations. This is a strategic finance role in a Fortune 500 luxury home builder with a focus on growth and efficiency.

• Guide financial functions within the designated division
• Lead business plan creation, quarterly updates, and semi-annual re-forecasting
• Analyze ROA, gross margin, SG&A, and operating margin
• Participate in monthly budget and cash flow review meetings
• Manage quarterly and annual re-forecast process
• Review monthly division P&L and variance analysis; propose mitigation plans
• Support operational reviews and land acquisition proformas
• Provide analyses to improve margins and ROI in revenue strategy and cost reduction
• Collaborate with division presidents to standardize processes
• Coordinate back-office operations (payroll, commissions, purchasing, construction coordination, sales and escrow)
• Perform financial and operational field work and visits
• All other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Applied Mathematics
• 5-7 years of professional Finance experience
• Extensive knowledge of accounting and finance practices including job costing and strategic planning
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP
• Proven ability to manage complex processes and diverse stakeholders
• Experience communicating with senior operational and accounting leaders
• Strong Excel skills
• Confident working closely with management and corporate leadership
