The Bilingual Community Prevention Consultant delivers evidence-informed prevention programs for youth and families in schools and community settings. This role plans and facilitates trainings, workshops, and outreach events; develops surveys and assessments to track outcomes; manages schedules and grant requirements; and accurately documents activities while collaborating with partners across Union County and beyond. Plan, deliver, and facilitate community education programs, trainings, and workshops. Develop and implement assessments and surveys to measure program impact and outcomes. Manage program schedules, documentation, and grant compliance requirements. Collect, analyze, and report program data to support continuous quality improvement. Represent the organization at schools, community events, and health fairs to promote prevention services. Maintain and update curricula and training materials to ensure program fidelity. Coordinate logistics for outreach events, webinars, and assemblies with partners. Travel within and outside Union County to deliver services and attend meetings.
