We are seeking a
Licensed Customs Broker who can hit the ground running as a
high-volume entry writer while serving as a
key second-in-command to leadership. This is a
high-growth opportunity for someone with strong technical skills, PGA experience, and a clear ambition to move into management.
What You’ll Do- Process 150+ customs entries per month with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle a variety of entries, including those involving Participating Government Agencies (PGA)
- Ensure compliance with all U.S. Customs regulations and partner agency requirements
- Act as a right hand to leadership, helping oversee daily operations
- Support team members and contribute to process improvements
- Prepare for a clear path into future leadership/management
What We’re Looking For- Active U.S. Customs Broker License (required)
- Proven experience in high-volume entry writing
- Strong knowledge of PGA filings and compliance
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership mindset - someone ready to step up and grow
- Team player with excellent communication skills
