Vice President, Small Business Payments Product Manager

As Vice President, you lead end-to-end product management for small and mid-sized business payments within the Connected Commerce Payments organization. You act as the voice of the customer, shaping scalable products grounded in data, strategy, and insights. You will drive discovery to delivery with cross-functional partners, balancing risk, compliance, and business value. • Define and drive product strategy and vision delivering customer value
• Lead discovery and market research to identify customer needs and feed the roadmap
• Own and prioritize the product backlog aligned with the roadmap and value proposition
• Use data analytics, product metrics, user research, and competitive analysis to guide prioritization
• Partner with Design, Data, and Technology to deliver large-scale initiatives
• Collaborate with Risk, Controls, Compliance, and Legal to maintain a strong risk environment
• Manage production support, issue resolution, and defect prioritization
• Publish regular executive reports on product health, trends, and customer voice

• 7 years of product management or relevant domain experience
• Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities (discovery to value management)
• Advanced knowledge of digital payments, product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Office, and Confluence
• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, multi-priority environment
