Constellation Energy is seeking a Busser to support dining operations at our onsite facilities. The Busser clears and resets tables, maintains clean and organized dining and service areas, and assists servers to ensure efficient, courteous service for employees, clients, and guests. Responsibilities include handling dishware, restocking service stations, managing cleanup during and after meal periods, and following all safety and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, team-oriented, able to stand for long periods, and committed to providing a positive hospitality experience in a fast-paced environment. Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly between guests Maintain cleanliness of dining, service, and beverage areas Support servers by refilling water and non-alcoholic beverages as needed Transport dishware and utensils to dishwashing area safely Restock service stations with linens, flatware, and supplies Follow safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas for meal periods or events Communicate with front- and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth service Dispose of trash and recyclables according to company standards Provide courteous, professional interactions with employees, clients, and guests Table clearing and resetting Commercial cleaning and sanitation Basic food safety and handling Dishware and glassware handling Stocking and inventory of service stations Time management in fast-paced settings Customer service in hospitality Communication with servers and kitchen staff Safe lifting and carrying techniques Teamwork in front-of-house operations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Food handler or food safety card preferred (state/local requirement dependent) Basic knowledge of restaurant or cafeteria operations Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
