Vice President, HR Business Advisor - CCB, Technology and Data & Analytics

As VP, HR Business Advisor, you will guide the talent agenda for Technology and Data & Analytics, partnering with senior leaders to shape workforce strategy and organizational effectiveness. You will diagnose issues with data-driven insights, influence decisions in a complex global matrix, and drive end-to-end delivery of people programs. This role combines strategic advisory with hands-on execution to align people actions with business priorities, across compensation, performance, and succession.

• Own and drive delivery of the people agenda for the aligned business area(s) with clear talent outcomes and execution plans
• Advise senior leaders on org design, workforce planning, and re-organization efforts, including decision support and change planning
• Lead end-to-end delivery of compensation and performance cycles with data integrity and risk control
• Shape and drive talent and succession planning, mobilizing actions in partnership with COEs
• Coach leaders on complex people matters with sound judgment and risk-aware approach
• Use insights and analytics to create fact-based narratives and recommendations for measurable outcomes
• Lead cross-LOB initiatives and large-scale change efforts as the HRBA point person

• 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including advisory work with senior leaders
• Ability to influence senior leaders and operate in a large, global, matrixed organization
• Strong business acumen with ability to link talent actions to business outcomes and tradeoffs
• Executive presence and gravitas with clear, confident communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and data-driven decision making
• Proven judgment and risk awareness in navigating complex employee/manager situations
• Strong program/project leadership capable of end-to-end delivery
