Business Performance Improvement - People & Change AI People Enablement Senior Consultant

In this role you drive AI-enabled workforce activation within client organizations, bridging technology deployment and people readiness. You'll mentor teams, design adoption strategies, and shape change programs that turn AI investments into measurable value. You'll work with cross-functional client teams, align with the firm's collaborative culture, and help scale workforce transformation across industries. This is a hands-on consultant role that leverages your facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and program management skills to deliver impact.

• Mentor, train, and coach interns and consultants to complete project work plans
• Identify risks and opportunities to boost efficiency and adoption
• Strengthen client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Support project scope, staffing, deliverable preparation, and methodologies under manager guidance
• Translate AI investments into workforce activation and business value
• Facilitate workflow and role redesign to enable AI-enabled processes
• Develop executive-ready communications and client deliverables
• Contribute to workforce transformation initiatives and value realization activities

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• 2+ years in organizational change, workforce transformation, or related field
• Experience supporting technology, digital, automation, or AI-enabled transformation programs preferred
• Familiarity with OrgVue, Celonis, Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic Claude, Agentforce, or similar AI-enabled platforms is a plus
• Strong facilitation and executive communication skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Professional certifications such as PROSCI, SHRM-CP/SCP, or PMP are a plus
