Director, Business Strategy & Planning

In this role you will shape Ferrero North America's priorities and translate them into actionable plans and decisions. You will partner with NA leaders and global teams to drive strategic planning, performance insights, and executive communications on cross-functional initiatives. You'll bring structure to complex questions and craft polished presentations and analyses for senior leadership. This is a hands-on, collaborative role with a clear impact on strategy execution and business outcomes. You will work closely with executives to inform decisions and advance key priorities.

• Lead the NA strategic planning process aligned with global timelines across functions, shaping priorities and preparing planning materials and presentations.
• Translate plans into actionable milestones, performance measures, and follow-up on commitments.
• Develop executive content for NA and global leadership forums, structuring stories and delivering clear messages and recommendations.
• Prepare for sensitive, high-visibility meetings with senior leaders and coordinate with the SVP to anticipate questions and align stakeholders.
• Create and refine executive scorecards and reporting to track performance, priorities, risks, and opportunities.
• Analyze financial, commercial, market, and operational data to identify trends and actionable recommendations.
• Lead or support cross-functional strategic initiatives, defining scope, milestones, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Identify process improvements to enhance planning, decision-making, and execution across the business.
• Bring market, competitor, and industry insights into leadership discussions.

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree strongly preferred
• Experience in strategic planning, business strategy, or related fields with transition from analysis to execution; strategy consulting experience strongly preferred
• Experience working with senior executives and across functions in a global, complex organization
• Ability to structure ambiguous requests, build a compelling narrative, and deliver polished executive presentations and written materials
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment, with the ability to translate financial data into practical recommendations
• Ability to influence without direct authority, build trusted relationships, and navigate sensitive organizational dynamics
• Strong organization and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive needs
