Shields Facilities Maintenance LLC is seeking an Account Manager to oversee commercial facility maintenance clients in the construction and repair space. In this client-facing role, you will manage key accounts for retail, restaurant, and multi-site properties, serving as the primary contact for service requests, work orders, and ongoing project needs. You will coordinate with field technicians and vendors, prepare estimates, track job progress, and ensure on-time, high-quality work. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-minded, responsive, and skilled at building long-term customer relationships in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Serve as primary point of contact for assigned commercial maintenance accounts Manage service requests, work orders, and ongoing projects from intake to completion Coordinate schedules with field technicians, vendors, and subcontractors Prepare estimates, basic budgets, and customer proposals Monitor job progress, quality, and safety compliance Resolve client issues quickly and professionally Maintain accurate records in CRM and work management systems Track performance against SLAs and customer expectations Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts Collaborate with operations to improve service delivery and efficiency Account management B2B customer service Construction/facilities industry knowledge Work order management software Estimating and proposal preparation Vendor and subcontractor coordination Scheduling and dispatching Contract and SLA management Basic budgeting and cost control CRM tools Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (preferred) Certified Facility Manager (CFM) (preferred) Project Management Professional (PMP) or CAPM (a plus)5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
