Director - Strategy & Business Development - Veeva Digital Events Services

In this role you will drive the go-to-market strategy and commercial success of Veeva Digital Events, collaborating with sales, partners, and product leadership to elevate HCP engagements. You will shape market vision, enable sales, and articulate clear ROI to life sciences customers, all while championing cross-functional collaboration and industry leadership. The role offers impact across the end-to-end event lifecycle in a fast-growing SaaS company committed to customer and employee success.

• Develop, communicate, and execute the GTM vision for VDE services and offerings
• Lead deal strategy for Digital Events Services and support Events Management deals
• Create compelling value messaging and GTM materials for internal and customer stakeholders
• Collaborate with product teams to incorporate customer feedback into future offerings
• Represent Veeva as an industry thought leader at conferences, webinars, and panels
• Drive platform adoption and articulate ROI in collaboration with Account Partners and Strategy Leads

• 7+ years in life sciences with experience in Commercial Strategy, Sales/Marketing Operations, Meetings & Conventions, or HCP Engagement & Speaker Bureau Management
• BS or BA degree
• Deep expertise in end-to-end lifecycle of events within life sciences
• Proven track record of bringing new products or services to market
• Executive presence with confidence in presenting and negotiating at C-suite/VP levels
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual storytelling skills
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
