Links ABA Therapy is seeking a BT/ABA Therapist to provide center-based and in-home ABA services to children with autism in Florham Park, NJ. In this role, you will deliver 1:1 therapy sessions, implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBAs, and use evidence-based strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills. You will collect and record accurate data, follow behavior intervention plans, collaborate closely with supervisors and families, and participate in ongoing training and supervision to grow your clinical skills in a supportive, child-centered environment. Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in center-based and in-home settings Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs Collect, record, and summarize accurate session data on goals and behaviors Support development of communication, social, play, and daily living skills using evidence-based strategies Follow safety protocols and implement proactive behavior management strategies Collaborate and communicate regularly with BCBAs, supervisors, and families Participate in initial and ongoing ABA training and clinical supervision Maintain professional, timely session notes and documentation Assist with session preparation, materials, and clean, organized therapy spaces Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all client interactions Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implementation Behavior intervention plan implementation Data collection and session documentation Discrete Trial Training (DTT) Natural Environment Teaching (NET) Functional communication training Use of behavior management strategies Electronic health record or data systems Collaboration with clinical teams and families Basic computer and documentation skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification preferred Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities Background check clearance5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
