Position : Director Capital Markets Employment Type : Fulltime Location : Edison, NJ (Hybrid role) Job Description 15 years in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Financial Services. Strong understanding of Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives, Trade Lifecycle, Market Data, Bloomberg, Refinitiv/LSEG, ICE, FactSet, Broadridge, Murex, Calypso, FIS, or Finastra. Lead strategic transformation programs across Trading, Risk, Operations, Market Data, and Regulatory Reporting. Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and engineering teams to define and deliver target-state platforms. Drive modernization initiatives leveraging APIs, Cloud, AI/GenAI, Data Platforms, and workflow automation. Define product roadmaps, business cases, and operating models aligned to business objectives. Lead vendor and fintech evaluations, platform implementations, and system integrations. Manage executive stakeholders, budgets, governance, and program delivery. Experience leading large-scale transformation, product, or consulting engagements. Working knowledge of API platforms, Cloud, Data Architecture, AI/GenAI, and enterprise integration. Strong stakeholder management and program leadership skills. About Iris Software Inc.
