Job Description

• Collaborate with system and business quality to develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures specific to the S4H Business Platform

• Facilitate conversations with cross-functional teams including SAP functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to define S4H issues and remediate with compliant system solutions that meet quality standard requirements

• Post-hypercare, assist sites with their implementation of SAP QM processes and SAP's Quality Management module to define ways of working and system support alignment on inspection plans, quality control activities, and quality notifications as defined by their business model

• Manage internal and external system audit request and data gathering activities, collaborating with business partners as needed

• Lead escalation discussions and collaborate with JJT, manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to identify root causes of system issues impacting QM processes and actions, along with the implementation of corrective/preventive actions

• Provide project support for SAP S/4HANA initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are embedded in system design, testing, and deployment activities

• In conjunction with the super user community, support the global platform enhancement & intake management process for system enhancements with a direct link to the overall global platform design governance model and alignment to standards for the respective functional area

• Collaborate and coordinate with business users’ standard approaches to platform regression testing and regression production readiness verification efforts within the Business Quality function

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Life Sciences, or related field.

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required.

5+ years of experience in quality management within regulated manufacturing (medical devices preferred).

Experience supporting system implementations (e.g., S/4HANA) strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of quality systems, audits, and compliance frameworks.

Ability to travel up to 15%, including extended international stays.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
