Remote Chief Compliance Officer – FinTech, Board Leader (, NJ, United States)

MastarRec is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) for a remote position. The CCO will oversee regulatory governance across US FinTech operations and ensure compliance with federal and state financial regulations.

The role requires over 10 years of financial services compliance experience and leadership within FinTech. This position provides an excellent salary ranging from $220,000 to $350,000, plus bonus and equity.
