Registered Nurse - Cath Lab Director

Seeking a hands-on leader to guide a growing cardiovascular program during an exciting period of transformation. This role requires a strong, respected leader who can build culture, develop staff, and elevate the clinical operations. Candidates with ICU leadership experience may have the opportunity to oversee both areas.

Key Highlights

• $10,000 sign-on bonus
• Reports directly to the new CNO
• Manage approximately 10-15 Cath Lab staff
• Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts (Monday-Thursday, all daytime)
• Hands-on leadership role expected to assist clinically as needed
• Strong PTO package:
  • 28 PTO days
  • 5 NJ sick days (40 hours)
  • 6 holidays
• Credentialing completed in approximately 2 weeks post-offer
• Part of several leadership and operational investments across the hospital

Requirements

• BSN required
• 3-5 years of Cath Lab leadership or nurse management experience
• Strong Cath Lab clinical background required
• Proven people leadership and team-building skills
• Comfortable serving as a working leader and clinical resource
• Ability to train, mentor, and develop Cath Lab staff
• ICU leadership or critical care experience highly preferred but not required
• CCRN a plus
• MSN/DNP welcomed but not required
