Admissions Liaison - Marketing and Business Development Professional
The W Group, the largest provider of senior living and adult care in New York State, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketer with strong sales and business development skills. Our ideal candidate is passionate about improving the lives of seniors and confident in their knowledge of DOH regulations and Assisted Living Facility admissions procedures. We're looking for someone who approaches business development from both a compassionate and creative perspective.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Admissions Liaison is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing and outreach plan to support the strategic census and growth objectives across multiple Assisted Living Facilities. This role requires strong referral source relationships, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to building community partnerships across the assigned territory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, and community organizations across assigned facilities and boroughs
Conduct facility tours and manage the admissions process from initial inquiry through move-in
Build and execute outreach strategies to support census growth at each assigned facility
Represent the facility at community events, health fairs, and networking functions throughout the territory
Track leads, referrals, and conversion metrics to inform marketing strategy
Collaborate with facility leadership at each location to align marketing efforts with occupancy goals
Travel regularly between assigned facilities to maintain a consistent on-site presence
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum two years of marketing or admissions experience within the Assisted Living or senior care industry
Proven census-building track record
Experience covering multiple locations or a broader territory preferred
Working knowledge of Medicaid and Social Security benefits
Strong business acumen and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees, clients, families, and medical and community affiliates
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between facilities and community-based outreach
