Andy Frain Services seeks a professional Security Officer to protect guests, staff, and assets in our Entertainment & Sports venues. In this front-line role within our Security & Law Enforcement department, you will manage access control, patrol event areas, monitor crowds, and respond to incidents while delivering exceptional customer service. You will document activities, support emergency procedures, and work closely with venue management and public safety partners. Control access to entertainment and sports venues, verifying credentials and tickets. Conduct foot and post patrols to deter theft, vandalism, and safety hazards. Monitor crowds, identify risks, and de-escalate conflicts to maintain a safe environment. Respond to incidents, emergencies, and medical situations following established protocols. Operate radios, CCTV, and other security systems to coordinate responses. Prepare accurate incident and daily activity reports. Provide courteous assistance and directions to guests, staff, and performers. Enforce venue policies, procedures, and applicable safety regulations. Collaborate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and venue management as needed. Participate in ongoing training to maintain security and customer service standards.
