Andy Frain Services seeks a professional Security Officer to support our Entertainment & Sports clients within the Security & Law Enforcement department. In this role, you will provide a visible security presence at arenas, stadiums, and event venues, ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and property. Responsibilities include access control, bag checks, crowd management, patrols, and incident response, while delivering courteous customer service. You will complete detailed incident reports, follow emergency procedures, and collaborate with venue staff. Andy Frain Services promotes teamwork, development, and advancement in a dynamic, people-focused environment. Monitor entrances, exits, and access points at entertainment and sports venues Conduct bag checks, credential verification, and metal detection as required Perform foot patrols to deter theft, disorderly conduct, and safety hazards Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, following established protocols Provide clear directions and customer service to guests and staff Document incidents and prepare accurate, timely reports Coordinate with event staff, law enforcement, and emergency responders Support crowd flow, line management, and evacuation procedures Enforce venue rules, policies, and safety regulations Uphold {EMPLOYER-NAME}’s standards for professionalism and integrity Access control and badge checking Crowd management for events Incident reporting and documentation Surveillance and patrol techniques Two-way radio communication Emergency response procedures Conflict de-escalation Customer service in high-traffic venues Basic report writing Knowledge of safety and venue policies Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Guard Card or state security license CPR/First Aid Certification Basic crowd management training De-escalation and conflict resolution training5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
