HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is hiring a Mental Health Therapist for a mission-driven outpatient clinic serving all ages in southeastern New Mexico. This role includes a strong focus on children, adolescents, and families. Experience with youth and family systems is preferred.
Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy
• Work with children, adolescents, and families, along with adult clients
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in case reviews and team collaboration
• Coordinate care within a multidisciplinary setting
Mental Health Therapist Requirements
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or MFT
• NM license/ eligibility: LCSW, LPCC, LMHC, LMSW, LMFT, LAMFT, LPC, LCP
• Associate/ provisionally licensed therapists encouraged; supervision provided
• Experience with youth and families preferred
• On-site availability required; hybrid flexibility for fully licensed clinicians
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, not required
• Must pass background checks and hold a valid NM driver's license
Mental Health Therapist Compensation
• $74,000-$108,160 annual salary based on license and experience
• 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision

• Loan repayment: up to $50,000 for a 2-year full-time commitment or $25,000 part-time
