Unit Description

Employer Corporate Services is seeking a Chef Manager to provide culinary support to a high-profile, P&L account in Research Triangle Park in Durham, North Carolina.  This Chef Manager will report directly to an on-site General Manager with a dotted line to the unit’s Executive Chef and will have oversight and direct supervision of 4 FTE's (Employer, non-union).  This unit provides 400 to 550 customers per day with breakfast and lunch and has annual revenues of $475K.  This position may support occasional large-scale special events in the evenings.

This manager will work a typical schedule of Monday through Friday.
