Supply Chain Finance Manager

In this role you will be the financial partner to Baker Hughes's Global Operations, guiding margin expansion, productivity improvements, and sustainable growth. You will collaborate with Operations, Sourcing, Quality, HSE, and Manufacturing to support planning, forecasting, and cost optimization. You'll drive financial visibility, accountability, and informed decision-making across the supply chain. • Act as primary finance partner to Global Operations and Plant Leadership teams
• Provide financial insights during monthly operating reviews and leadership meetings
• Identify and execute margin expansion and cost control initiatives
• Support operational decision-making with financial analysis and performance reviews
• Lead weekly forecasting processes and support AP/LRP/SRP planning rhythms
• Own monthly/ quarterly close activities and management presentations
• Study long-term trends and provide forward-looking insights to support growth
• Support resource planning and cost forecasting across the organization
• Develop business cases for capital investments, productivity initiatives, and operational improvements
• Support billing, collections, and past-due management activities
• Drive cost reduction and margin improvement across supply chain operations
• Analyze material costs, freight/logistics, inventory levels, and manufacturing variances

• Bachelor in Finance or related field; minimum 3 years in Supply Chain Finance, Manufacturing Finance, FP&A, or Operations Finance
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
• Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations leaders
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
• Proven ability to influence decisions and work across cross-functional teams
