Operations Manager – Rehabilitation Services

Are you a strategic and results-driven leader passionate about optimizing clinical operations? Join our Department of Rehabilitation as an Operations Manager and play a key role in enhancing efficiency, improving workflows, and supporting high-quality patient care across multiple sites.

The Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operational performance of clinical sites, ensuring seamless workflows, appropriate staffing, and timely issue resolution. This role is instrumental in shaping the department's operational vision by driving process improvements, implementing benchmark-driven initiatives, and supporting growth strategies in collaboration with executive leadership.

Additional responsibilities include developing training programs, supporting departmental initiatives, and providing flexible on-site and remote operational coverage.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Epic and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences, including 1199 and NYSNA staff, managers, departmental leaders, and physicians

Location: 140 Lockwood Avenue, Bronx, NY

Work hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, M-F

Annual Base Salary: $68,800.00-$86,000.00
