Construction Project Manager

Construction Project Manager (Ground-Up Multifamily) | Brooklyn, NY | $200K+

Strekte is hiring a senior Construction Project Manager to lead ground-up multifamily developments across New York City.

We're looking for someone who has actually taken buildings from the ground up through completion and knows how to navigate the realities of construction in NYC.

What You'll Do

• Lead full lifecycle execution of ground-up multifamily projects
• Run projects from pre-construction through TCO and closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors across multiple sites
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants
• Handle DOB, inspections, and NYC-specific regulatory processes
• Drive day-to-day field execution and problem solving

What You Must Have

• Managed at least 2 ground-up multifamily buildings in NYC from start to finish
• Strong understanding of NYC construction, permitting, and DOB processes
• Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule and on budget
• Experience running multiple projects at once
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Compensation

• $200K+ base (highly competitive, based on experience)
