Litigation Associate - Real Estate

Job description: Very busy boutique real estate firm seeks a Senior Associate Attorney with 5+ years of experience to handle real estate litigation and become a part of our team! In this position, you will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions. In office full time. Responsibilities: Represent clients in court Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients Comply with all legal standards and regulations Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law Assist with trial prep Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in real estate litigation required • Familiarity with various legal documents • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to build rapport with clients • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-starter able to work in a fast-paced environment Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $175,000 - $250,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
