Finance Business Partner, Micro Electronics - Americas & EMEA

In this Finance Business Partner role, you will support the MicroE FP&A function across the Americas and EMEA to drive forecast accuracy, budgeting, and performance insights. You'll work with sales and leadership to understand drivers of orders, margins, and cash, helping to turn data into strategic actions. You will help develop dashboards and analytical tools to improve efficiency and decision making, while collaborating with global finance and product teams. • Partner with region leadership to understand drivers affecting orders, sales, and margins and implement opportunities to improve performance
• Lead or support financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning including pricing plans and sales incentive planning
• Develop and enhance financial and operational metrics, dashboards, and reports for efficiency and analytics
• Support standard financial reporting, pricing, and capital expenditure forecast/analysis for MicroE Global Finance and Global Product Management teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze results, identify trends, variances, and exposures impacting performance

• Bachelor in Accounting or Finance
• 10-15 years of progressive accounting and FP&A experience
• Experience partnering with business leaders to build sales and order forecasts/budgets
• Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flows
• Highly analytical and curious with ability to understand how things work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with technology including ERPs, Consolidation Tools, Excel, and basic AI concepts
