Strategic Finance Manager, GTM

In this Senior Associate role, you will shape Rippling's GTM financial strategy and support growth by setting ARR targets and identifying new opportunities. You'll build and refine operating models to inform executive decisions and forecasting, working closely with Sales and Marketing leaders. The position requires analytical rigor to optimize pipeline, ROI, and growth efficiency in a fast-moving, multi-product environment. Your work will impact capital allocation decisions and cross-functional planning, with broad visibility across leadership. • Translate priorities into clear GTM targets and capital deployment plans
• Build and maintain operating models for executive decision-making and forecasting
• Analyze pipeline, conversion, and unit economics to improve growth and ROI
• Evaluate investments, hiring, and new initiatives from financial and operational perspectives
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Data during planning cycles
• Leverage automation and technology to scale reporting and processes

• 4+ years in high-growth tech, strategic finance, investing, or investment banking
• Advanced financial modeling and ability to structure ambiguous problems
• Understanding of how B2B software businesses operate (pipeline, CAC payback, growth efficiency)
• High ownership mindset and action-oriented problem solving
• Strong attention to detail with strategic thinking
• Comfort in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
• Experience with SQL, data visualization, and an AI-first mindset (preferred)
